Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, unused condition with all packaging intact and were purchased within the last 30 days.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your fins in their original box and ship them back to our Australian warehouse using a tracked postal service.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
